Logo, website and print materials
Visual identity for East Capital Park Rae, a new logistics and light-industry development outside Tallinn, built around "Designed for people. Built for tomorrow."

Objective
East Capital Park Rae needed a visual identity and marketing presence for a 30-hectare logistics and light-industry development just outside Tallinn, Estonia. The work covered a logo and colour palette, a website, and a full range of printed marketing materials, including portrait and landscape brochures, a postcard brochure, a notebook cover and roll-up banners.

Approach
The project combined a custom logo and colour palette with an efficient web setup and a wide range of print collateral, all aligned under the guiding message: “Designed for people. Built for tomorrow.”
The workflow focused on:
- Visual identity & logo - developing the logotype and colour scheme to match the project’s tone
- Template-based website setup - adapting an existing CMS template with new content, brand assets and imagery to keep website development lean and fast
- Print collateral - designing marketing materials for print
- Production-ready assets - preparing files for both web and print production
Website
The website was set up using an existing CMS template, adapted to fit East Capital Park Rae’s visual identity.
The work focused on configuring the core sections, such as Location & Access, Sustainability, Technical Features and News & Media, with the logotype, brand colours, structured text and imagery. A brochure download keeps the printed material close to the site. Reusing the template kept development fast and clean, while keeping a uniform structure aligned with other projects within the company group. The layout is responsive, so the site reads clearly on phone, tablet and desktop.

Print materials
The identity was carried into print through a set of marketing materials: portrait and landscape brochures, a postcard brochure, a notebook cover and roll-up banners. The portrait brochure presents Park Rae’s location, layout, technical features, sustainability and timeline, and the same logo, colours and layout principles are used across all formats.

Outcome
East Capital Park Rae now has a first visual identity that holds together across web and print. The same logo, colours and message appear on the website, in the brochures and on the roll-up banners, giving the park a consistent presence from first impression to site visit. The template-based website kept the build lean and fast.
